D-Love Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your item, we are happy to offer you an exchange or replacement.

Items can be returned within UK for any reason except earrings, postage will be at your own expense. Any items ordered are not refundable, but can be exchanged within 14 days upon received in our company. We also offer free repair if damaged within 21 days. If Items are not repairable, D-Love Voucher/credit will be given to customer to select an item of the same value.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at dlovejewellery@gmail.com  within 7 days of receipt of your order to inform us that you wish to return your item. We will ask you to tell us the barcode/ tracking number on the label which you will have received along with your invoice.
  2. Please ensure your item is returned to us within 7 days except for earrings because of hygiene reason.
  3. All items must be returned in their original packaging with any security tags attached and intact. The items must be in their original condition and not worn.
  4. Returns from any one order must be returned in one shipment.

Faulty Items

Faulty items will only be accepted if the items delivered to the customer are damaged or there is a manufacturing fault within 1 months of delivery. Any items returned as faulty will be inspected and items deemed to exhibit signs of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Where an item is deemed faulty and repairable we repair the item..

International Customers

Please contact us on 07721486494 or email us at dlovejewellery@gmail.com to arrange the return of your item. We recommend that you use Fed Ex or DHL to return your items to us as we can not be responsible for any items that do not reach us. Please send your parcel to D-Love Jewellery House, 134 Canterbury Street, Gillingham Kent ME7 5UG, United Kingdom. You are responsible for any carriage costs of returning your items to us.

D-Love Jewellery House can not accept returns for any items that have been worn and/ or have the tags removed. If on receipt of your order it is apparent that there are no tags on your item, please contact us by phone or email on the same day that you receive the order if you wish to return it.

Please ensure you return your items via Royal Mail Special Delivery service within the UK as we can not accept responsibility for goods returned using any other carrier.
